couple of questions post LSAT...

Postby pattymac » Wed Oct 13, 2010 11:42 pm

What sort of feedback do we get exactly? Do they give you your score per section? And would it include your score on the experimental? Also, obviously our scores appear on our LSAC accounts only, correct? Whats the usual waiting time, 3 weeks or so?

You will get a full breakdown of each answer and the credited response, as well as the actual test questions that correspond. YOUR scantron will be scanned in for you to see as well. The only other feedback is your raw score, scaled score, and percentile.

also wanted to add that you won't get ANYTHING about the experimental because they often use some of these questions on later tests, AND you get the test scores in aprox 3 weeks.

HOWEVER if history is any indication (and it is) you will most likely get scores in exactly two weeks as the October test has a history of being released 3 days early. This is of course assuming you took your test last Saturday.

You will get an email when the scores are released, BUT many people will actually stay glued to both their account page on LSAC.ORG and the LSAT prep forum here (which is where this all should have been posted anyway). At some point on the day of, or day before, but generally within 24 hours of score release, the icons on your LSAC.ORG page will change from a bunch of grey symbols to green symbols, which means scores are in the process of being uploaded.

I suggest you relax and let all this leave your mind until two weeks from now and then do the obsessive refresh dance like the rest of us.
