In terms of virtually knowing you'll have a good job on graduation and so you don't have to try all that hard, the top five easiest schools are probably Yale, Stanford, Harvard, NYU, and Columbia.
The NYU trolling on here is insane.

I'd actually knock Harvard out of that lineup. You have excellent odds upon graduation, but its said to be inhumanly competitively and so you have to try really hard not to end up being in the bottom of the class. Same with Chicago, so my lineup would be YSCNMV.
