And great advice. If you are going to get a paycheck soon, borrow now and pay parentals later. Or just apply when paycheck comes in.

This is September. You have about 2 months to earn money before you send apps in. Go sell some stuff on ebay or something, earn some cash, and send in the app. Nobody is going to be able to accurately predict if you can get into Berkeley because it's...Berkeley.
