Re: Law School Selection
Nothing is guaranteed even if they truly would like to give you a full time position once you finish law school. If you have the ability to move back to that city during the summers, I assume its your hometown, I would go to the school that would provide better employment prospects.

If I were you, I would go to the best law school I could get into. I once faced a similar choice, chose NYULS, and have never regretted it for a moment.

Re: Law School Selection
Couldn't you just go to the better law school and work for this firm during your summers (come back to this city for summers)?

Re: Law School Selection
If you have a list of responsibilities then you can write a bullet or two in future tense likeeternallearner wrote:Thanks for the replies! I will take them into consideration.
Another question: my paralegal position starts in 2 weeks. While I should include this experience on my resume, there won't be that many bullet points underneath the title. What would you put down as bullet points? How to best frame this on-going job on the resume that one submits to law school?
"will be responsible for drafting motions and performing legal research" or something.
If you aren't sure exactly what you will be doing then wait a few weeks to finish your resume (shouldn't be a problem unless you are ready to apply RIGHT NOW!)
