Under Full-Time summer jobs, do unpaid internships count? I worked full-time hours but wasn't paid and I'm not sure if I should include it.

Yes, include it. On my actual applications you have to fill out, they make you specify the hours and/or type of work. If they only allow specifying the hours, I put "40 volunteer hours a week".
