A month ago, I made the rounds and asked four professors to write LORs. One got it sent in to LSAC within a week; the other three are still MIA. How long do recommenders usually take? Should I send a reminder after a certain period of time?

Going through the same thing. I told one of my recommenders a month, I think that should be sufficient time. Having said that, there's no reason you can't send them a friendly email reminder. Be polite/grateful not pushy.
