How long are LORs valid for?

Post by yezzir » Thu Aug 12, 2010 3:08 am

I will be taking the October LSAT, but whether I apply or not this fall is contingent on how I score on the test. Is it still a good idea to get my recommendations beforehand even if there is the possibility that I won't be applying to schools this fall? Do I have the option of just saving them until the Fall of 2011? Thanks in advance.

I did this. My recs were from Fall 08 and I didn't apply until Fall 09. Everything was fine, recs stay good for a few years.
