Reapplying.... new personal statement a must?

Postby ElmGrant » Wed Aug 11, 2010 9:55 pm

I applied in 08 and got in pretty much everywhere I applied. Backed out of attending at the last minute to take a new job. Didn't really turn out like I envisioned and so I'm ready this time to attend.

Any thoughts on whether I really have to write a brand new PS? I'm thinking of altering the original a bit, but I really don't want to write a brand new one. The first one says what I wanted to say and I don't want to diminish the original by bsing a new one just to have something new out there.

I'm only really planning on applying to 2 or 3 schools and doing ED at where I was going to attend last time.

Thanks.

Check with the school. Different schools have different policies.
