gpa addendum question

If i were to write a GPA addendum, and include my cumulative gpa from the past 2 years, should i factor in 2 courses that i took for easy A's from my community college which were within the 2 year time frame to calculate the cumulative? keep in mind that the community college courses would be used to calculate my LSDAS gpa.
