Working towards taking patbar exam end of the year so I can be employed as science advisor/tech spec at law firm. BUT that won't be the case when application is being considered - do I need to already have a job by the time my app is submitted?

Are all of these ED PT tho? You get a boost with ED, and PT median is around a 167/168 LSAT

Now that PT programs are counted for USNEWs medians, the PT median will probably be 170. GULC isn't going to risk it's T14 spot for parttimers.

I may be mistaken but didn't they start counting PT towards USN medians about 2 years ago? Gtown is the only t14 that has kept its PT program, what makes you think they will begin changing the trend to this degree now?

I doubt that's wholly accurate. I'm sure DC working professionals get a boost, but that kind of regional (more like metropolitan, I guess) selection would limit their application base too much to remain competitive. As Desert Rabbit commented, they have to keep PT from drowning numbers

They counted it last year and this year, but last year was too late to change anything, acceptances already went out. And I posted a link to the data, nobody got into GULC with under a 3.5 and under 170 save one guy who hasn't been to school in years, and he still have a 169.

Ok but you are neglecting the possibility that your resume, PS, LORs, and all other materials may have contributed to you being accepted "flat out" over who you know. I think that's just more proof that there's more than numbers involved.

Schools need to protect their medians. A 3.1, 169 needs to have a 3.8/170 matriculate with them or it lowers GULCs LSAT and GPA median. They aren't going to do that because 3.8/170's won't go to GULC without money.

It is not valid, it's completely wrong, and it's all about numbers. The 166 has virtually no chance.

I would retake and get a better LSAT score. Grown is ok, but try to make it to a T10

Why are so many applicants within both medians rejected then?
