Good ideas for LOR?

I have two solid LOR's so far, one is from my major and another from an elective class-I recieved A's in all their classes. Im still trying to figure out one more. In all honesty, not many come to mind. The only other one I can think of is a Prof I had for an upper division class of my major, but I was pretty quiet in the class and got a B-. Would it be wise to ask her? It just so happens that this Prof is also my Pre-law advisor (ya, alot of help she has been... ) But its all I can think of, and all my schools require 3. I assume all LOR's half to be proffessors, right? Would a letter from my employer of 7 years work?

All of your schools require three? What now?

That's not surprising Hannibal. Most schools I applied to had slots for three letters. I don't think you had to send three letters, but I think that was the amount they would allow usually.

Not all LOR's have to be from Professors. However, iirc, many schools request at least one academic LOR. I got two academic LOR's and the rest were form internships or work-related. I think it would be a great idea to get an LOR from your employer of seven years. He's seen you for long enough to write a letter about you regardin your skills at work, how responsible you are, etc.
