I'd let them know, especially if the purpose of going to law school has anything to do with your disease. They are seeking diversity, and people that can succeed under adversity, so I doubt it would hurt your chances of being accepted.

From your previous posts, it seems you are a rising sophomore in college? In that case, relax. Focus on doing well in school and taking care of yourself.

I'm sure the admissions counselors won't look at your application and say "oh, median life expectancy for CF patients is 45 years; what's the point of admitting him?" If anything, your reslience, strength and fortitude in being able to do well at school despite circumstances will just cause them to be impressed because it demonstrates wonderful qualities.
