How high should your numbers be to request a fee waiver?

How high should your numbers be to request a fee waiver?

At what point can you request a fee waiver and be likely to receive one? Do you have to be comfortably above both medians, just one, etc?

Just ask. If you're well below both 25's, then they probably won't. But it can't hurt to ask.

Extra question: When should we be asking for these? Should we wait to see if we're in the unsolicited batch or is now fine?

wait until september at least... a lot of schools won't give them until october/november
