Ehh.. Yea, the "forum trick" definitely does not work. The only thing I have received is Duke PT.

I wouldn't. For a normal person, it's a nice gesture, but for a secretary who handles hundreds of incoming emails...

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Don't want to be all spammy~

Shit, now I have to go home and check my mail (which I usually only do when I have new movies from NetFlix). I am going to be very sad if there is no waiver for me. :(

ETA: No fee waiver for me in the mail today.

What did your letter say? I got the viewbook but no mention of a fee waiver in the letter.

Definitely doesn't say that, maybe I will follow up with an e-mail in Sept. to ask for a fee waiver. Looks like I probably won't be applying to Cornell now though.

Didn't get Cornell. Maybe because I'm on the West Coast and it is going to take an extra day or two to get here. Or perhaps Cornell doesn't like me :P.

But Knock, how could that be possible? :) Besides, aren't we near number twins?

Ha. That's not true.

The problem with politely lying to people today is that you can verify statements with strangers on the interwebs.

Yup. I was hoping my LSAT (and not terrible GPA) would be enough to get a waiver. But so it goes. (I'm still gonna apply, though, because I'm a glutton for punishment).

Edit: Also got the Iowa e-mail. What a tease.

I'll also just assume that it needs another day to get out West.

Keep hope alive!

Me either. Our similarities are getting scary . I guess there's a reason we're BFF's though.

No Cornell, but it's slow to travel to the West Coast. I got my admissions package for undergrad a week later than the East Coasters.

Not right now - I'm living in Oklahoma.

Ah gotcha, I was going to say, I think that might be why .
