Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
I just got a hidden waiver from UChi. It was the first time I checked, so I don't know when I actually got it.

You're right. The following quote threw me off: "Our fee is waived for FAMU students, FAMU alumni and LSAC fee waiver recipients."cortnf wrote:read the email again. it didn't seem like anyone got one from them, it was just an invite to apply (and pay the full fee)
Doesn't matter, I wouldn't apply there anyway.

Has anyone gotten Fordham? I didn't add them to my school list today, wondering if that has some effect on CRS.

I got some e-mail today from Minny, but sadly, no waiver. Anyone care to read what the fee waiver said? I'm just curious.

From the Minnesota Fee Waiver email: "In recognition of your impressive LSAT performance, this email serves as a FEE WAIVER for your University of Minnesota Law School application. This fee waiver will appear automatically as you complete your online application. This fee waiver is valid until April 1, 2011."

Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
I'm just gonna state the obvious: where the hell is Penn? Where is the love? I admit, my numbers aren't stellar, but still... that no one here has heard from them since the test? Strange...
Edit: I gave up waiting for Chicago (in the sense that I went ahead and sent in my app today w/o a waiver) because I figured the fee waiver (and, sadly, acceptance) would be a long shot, but Penn seemed realistic. I guess I'm just getting whiny because so many others are practically throwing themselves at our feet (only to deny us later, yes, I know).

People who got Chicago: what were your numbers? I have a 174 LSAT but a weak GPA and no hidden waiver.

Seems a bit scattershot on their part - I didn't get one either, I have a 173, but their median GPA.sgtgrumbles wrote:People who got Chicago: what were your numbers? I have a 174 LSAT but a weak GPA and no hidden waiver.

What if they've hidden it so well even this doesn't work? I'm positive there's a Columbia fee waiver out there. I just... can't seem to find it. Where could they have hidden it?beachbum wrote:Search is your friend.iwanta170 wrote:How do you check for "hidden" waivers?
