Funny story...

I sent about 17 emails to different schools on Saturday, asking for fee waivers based on my LSAT score.

Boston University sent me an email today offering me a waiver based on my LSAT score. About three hours later, they replied to my email from Saturday with instructions for applying for a need-based waiver. I guess they didn't even look at the numbers.

I suppose I should have given schools a chance to send me fee waivers of their own accord before I requested them. Now I feel like a jerk.

I want a fee waiver for UCLA... how do they usually handle fee waivers?
They use CRS, though I didnt get one (after first round of waivers were sent out) and I emailed them and asked, and received one within a day. My GF also emailed and asked and they said no. As I guess as long as you are within certain numbers, they may give you one.
What address do you email UCLA, Cornell, USC and Vandy to ask about fee waivers? (PM me)
Do they do them retroactively as well?

I got two today, UVA and W&M. I guess 177 is good enough even with a low gpa (3.0)

Not to be discouraging but a lot of schools run strictly LSAT related searches on CRS. I would still use all of the fee waivers you get from places that you would like to attend.

So which T-14 fee waivers are out?

Duke, NYU, Georgetown, Virginia?

Are Michigan, Penn, and Cornell out yet?

Just got Georgetown.

Funnily enough, for the second time, and a few hours after I submitted my application.

UMinn, WashUSt.Louis, W&M, and a Cornell viewbook and CRS waiver sitting in my snail mail box at home, mailed out the 29th of October. I guess that tells us they get the scores the DAY we do, just 24-48 hours later... I know some have been confused about that, including myself.

W&M, Minnesota, and IU Bloomington today. MAYBE I'll think about an application to IU, but I have less than zero interest in the others. Used to love W&M when I was a kid, but I dont think I want to go back to VA just yet. I HATE the north and the cold, so Minn. is out of the question.

Can you request Duke PT? I got fee waiver in September with ym 165 LSAT and just retook for a 170. Do you think I would be eligible?

Isn't Indiana cold? No love from them today but I think I might have gotten a waiver in the past that I probably deleted since I hate the cold too. (But for some reason I like Cornell enough to apply lol)

Its colder than I'd like, but I MAY tough it out. I know temperature shouldnt be a major factor for picking a law school, but I CANNOT take any more tough winters. The Honduran blood in me wont allow it!

LSAT was a 163.

Took the October test.

Received fee waiver emails from UVA, Duke PT, Georgetown, and University of Minnesota so far.

Haven't checked for hidden fee waivers yet.

edit: Just received one from UCLA as well.

Got a second Minnesota waiver (got one from june) and decided to apply for shits and giggles/ leveraging scholarships (though they do have the best program in what I want to study).

Gonna do the same for Michigan since I have a fee waiver somewhere at home...

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
