and this really made me want to drive off a bridge....Thomas Cooley sent me an email inviting me to apply...no fee waiver... really?!?! I know my LSAT is bad....but come on!!!
I am losing track of the ones I've gotten.
I totally forgot that I got one from Minnesota. They sent me a reminder email today to apply.
Almost forgot I had one to Richmond as well. Just applied there tonight.
2014 - Nice, I wish I had asked for one. I just applied to Boulder last weekend. I should have tried to solicit one from them...

Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
I received an email from Columbia a couple days ago responding to my request with this:
"Should you satisfy the requirements for a merit-based fee waiver, you will be contacted by us directly via email. "
Has anyone else received this? Should I hold out hope or just apply without one?

Has Wisconsin joined the ranks of BU? i.e. LYING about fee waivers?!?! I was told via email and in person at a law school fair that Wisconsin only gives out need based waivers (yes, I'm persistant ) hmmm....yoitsmebenny wrote:Wait you got a wisconsin waiver?queenlizzie13 wrote:I got St. John and Cardozo today...Penn State earlier this week. I got that exact email (VERBATIM) in August when I requested one. Then when others started getting waivers in September and my 169 was skipped over, I just forked over the cash a few days later. Hmmpf...

Ah... sorry for the triple post, but I also just got an email from University of South Dakota (no waiver) and a waiver from University of Dayton which takes effect on 11/7/10. Not going to apply, but it's nice to know that at least some one loves me

I've gotten USC, BU, W&M, ND, and Utah that I plan on using (I've gotten a lot of others including Emory). Has anyone gotten UW, BC, UC-Davis, or Fordham?

The only meaningful waiver I have received in the last 2 weeks were Texas to which I admitted (can I apply again for more money?) and Iowa.vegenator wrote:U Washington by request (via email), I haven't heard of any Davis waivers yet.lzyovrachievr wrote:BC and Fordham apparently don't give them out.wwaideli wrote:I've gotten USC, BU, W&M, ND, and Utah that I plan on using (I've gotten a lot of others including Emory). What do you think would happen if I apply to Ave Maria and Santa Clara? Do they not screen numbers in CRS? I wonder if I should apply?

Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
So what exactly does it mean to get a fee waiver from a school, besides the chance of saving some application money? I got a fee waiver from Minnesota. Does that mean if I apply there, I will probably get in?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
