Most people will state (like LS Deans do) that "I look at a wide range of factors, including personal statement (personality), extracurriculars (hobbies), etc", however we all know that's just a song and dance to maintain good PR, and 99% of the time the data shows GPA/LSAT (Looks/Salary) are the best predictor of who gets accepted by whom.
This. Especially true with females. Although I'd say women are a little more holistic in that they also look for guys who are douchetastic. Money + looks + toolbag = Sex appeal.
