Quick question about GULC WL

My friend is supposedly "Waitlisted" at GULC still. Is this normal?? Or is he pretty much rejected?

My dog and I are also WLed at GTown. The lucky SOB is on Special Priority, I'm just Priority.

Compared to other schools, GULC lets lots in off the WL. However, most of that action happened earlier. I'd say his chances are pretty low at this point, but not zero.

Pretty much rejected at this point except possibly for a few people.
