How does your attitude towards admissions differ from your predecessor (Toby Stock)?
What changes have you made to HLS admissions since you've taken over as Dean?

What advice do you have for high GPA/low (relative to HLS standards) LSAT scores???
+1 on asking if GPA is a bigger factor to him than it was to Toby Stock (would prefer a yes/no answer rather than "well, we look at all applicants individually..." etc)
Also, how about asking him about what % of students who get a phone interview get accepted, and what is his general range for sending out phone interviews (does it start as early, say, october 1, or is more like mid/late oct? -- does it go as late as january?)

are candidates actually given a fair chance or are they automatically dismissed based on numbers? Every time we have a speaker at our school, they state they will look at each applicant and consider everything not just the scores.
I must say I think my file was opened, one look at LSAT, and move on - I feel that somehow I could have written and done anything and everything and it would not have mattered. (this is me just being disappointed I guess).
