What's the CW on a second LOCI?

Contemplating sending in a short second LOCI to schools that are beginning to take applicants off their waitlist. I sent in a LOCI at each when I first got waitlisted (two months ago), and I visited the campuses, but that was a month ago.

Is sending in another LOCI redundant, or does it actually serve to let the school know that you are still very interested?
