Still considered on a waitlist if I accept another offer?

Quick question: If I accept an offer of admission from one school, will I continue to be considered at another school where I am currently on the waitlist?

Yes, usually.
A few schools have specific policies saying otherwise (I think Chicago does) but most school's allow it. Just take a look at the deposit form or call and ask the admissions office.
