Unm gives very few merit based scholarships any given year. Most scholarships are merit based and im pretty sure very few, if any, cover full tuition. I'd take USC. It seems to fare better in its region than WUSTL does in the midwest. Lack of class rankings at USC would also be a stress reliever, IMO.
