Are deferrals binding?

Postby musicfor18 » Fri Apr 23, 2010 11:20 am

I may need to defer my enrollment for a year for medical reasons, and I'm curious whether deferrals are binding? In other words, could I decide over the course of the deferral year to go instead to a different law school? Or am I legally bound to the school that gave me the deferral?

Depends on the school. Some are some aren't. It's a question for them.
