KU Law vs Pepperdine

Postby sscv1985 » Thu Apr 22, 2010 2:52 pm

Which one should i go for:

Pepperdine : (50-60) higher ranked on USNews, in california malibu, more expensive for living and tuition, no scholarship and very little financial aid.

or

University of Kansas : 60-70 ranking, in lawrence kansas (not that bad, but its still kansas), cheap living and tuition (half of pepperdine's), half scholarship off (so i'm basically paying 25% of what i will be paying for tuition if i went to pepperdine) and possibly more financial aid.

I am hoping to transfer after 1L from one of these schools. so .. my goal is to be able to work very hard and be at the top of the class so i can transfer to a school in the 20-30s ranking or higher if god permits...

any advice welcome, thanks

0L Disclaimer
It is a bad idea to go to a school that you wouldn't be willing to graduate from. If you want to work in Los Angeles, go to Pepperdine. If you want to work in Kansas, go to Kansas.
