unfinished certificate... need disclosure?
I was currently in pursuit of a Certificate in Java/C++ programming out of personal interest prior to applying law school. I indicated on my applications and resume that I was expecting to complete the certificate by May 2010, however I was unable to enroll in the necessary courses to finish it. All the credits were considered as "graduate" work and it was pretty much for fun. Do I need write to the school's that I applied to and inform them? Is there a possibility of them rescinding their acceptance offers if I do/don't inform them?

They most likely didn't accept you because of your computer skills. If you are really worried about it, write to them and explain what happened. I don't think they will really care and I doubt you will be rescinded.
