Because I think real disabilities should be URM.

The gov defines a real mental disability as one that significantly interferes with your daily life. So, as an example, someone with OCD who has trouble leaving the house because he or she can't complete all of the tasks necessary to do so without taking up their whole day would count as disabled, whereas someone who had a handwashing compulsion(so washed 20 times a day) would only be counted as having a disorder.
