Increase in one Section, Decrease in another

Post by Bigred2008 » Sat Mar 20, 2010 1:57 pm

So I have been studying a ton, since LG's were my weakness, and I just took another timed test today and got a 164, good start from my 150's back in Feb. But I've noticed that my LG's sections are going up, but I am missing more and more LR questions. When I started they were essentially opposites, I missed a lot of LG and got most of LR.

I have been studying on LG's pretty much for the last 2-3 weeks almost exclusively and wondering because I focused on LG's so much would that be the reason my LR's scores have decreased. Anyone who's taken the lsat, has this happened to you?

Are you taking the PTs in order? On TLS the general consensus is that around the 30s-40s LG becomes easier, while RC and LR become harder.

Thanks, I am taking them in order, so that does make sense, I just took 38.

Also, mods can you move this, I posted in the wrong forum, meant the lsat prep, must be tired.
