Too late for FAFSA?

Postby JohnHawkins » Sat Mar 13, 2010 1:02 pm

So I've pretty much decided on W&M - got my ding from UVA this week - and I'm looking to go ahead and tie up loose ends. On their website, W&M's suggested filing date for the FAFSA is February 15. A month on, am I too late? This must seem ridiculously hapless for someone hoping to study law, but I'm at a loss when it comes to this sort of bureaucracy.

It's just a suggested filing date, not a deadline. I think all it means is that you are not on the priority list when it comes to need based aid but you will still qualify for loans.
