No. Admissions committees don't discriminate based on financial status.dudnaito wrote:Like... would it help if i said i don't need cash? Stupid question i know, but i'm starting to get nervous

Donate a new building and I can assure you that you're admitted.MagicallyDelicious wrote:No. Admissions committees don't discriminate based on financial status.dudnaito wrote:Like... would it help if i said i don't need cash? Stupid question i know, but i'm starting to get nervous

Fair. Your bank statements will not influence their decision UNLESS the school is getting a major slice of the pie.OGR3 wrote:Donate a new building and I can assure you that you're admitted.MagicallyDelicious wrote:No. Admissions committees don't discriminate based on financial status.dudnaito wrote:Like... would it help if i said i don't need cash? It would've helped if you had written in your PS that your mommy and daddy pay for everything in your life, and have always giving you everything you want, and that if accepted, they would be willing to pay double tuition. Hope you threw that in there.

actually, i worked 3 part-time jobs at once with a full courseload. I used foodstamps, and once i got into a car accident, i was so poor, that people literally donated canned goods to me, so no, i'm not rich. It just made me wonder while i was going through apps if money was ever a consideration. I have so many aches and pains after that ordeal i had to come back home where insurance is good and get an mri and go through physical therapy.... seriously.

I was being facetious. For your sake, I hope they do take financial consideration into account, because you would be golden. But, they don't. It will be ok though.
