which T-20 Schools are transfer-friendly for PT students?

i know that some schools do not accept part-time students as transfers, so im wondering which t-20's are and aren't.

There is a thread from about a year ago that has every school. I did a quick search and couldn't find it. Its there, it will take a little work to dig up.

sounds very interesting! i tried digging up the post, but did not find it.
does anyone else have any idea what the thread is?
