My friend had phone interview and at the end of the interview, the interviewer told him "welcome to ..." and basically told him that he got in.
Is that usual?
did anybody have an experience where they tell you right away or if not how long?

it is not uncommon for judicial externships ... however, the language "welcome to ..." is a little bit od (IMO, only Wachtell can get away with saying welcome to ... at the close of an interview).
