A school has a page-limit for resumes (2 max), but asks you to include a "complete" work history. I am 33-years old, and I have had many jobs. My thought is to include just the jobs that I have had since undergrad., but I am worried that they will not consider this "complete." Plus, some of the jobs that I had 10+ years ago were for no more than a couple months...not really something I want to highlight on a resume.

Also, this school wants phone numbers listed for each job. Is that unusual? I cannot imagine they have the time or resources to be verifying people's work history.
It depends how you define "complete."

Call up and ask the school, it's the quickest and easiest way to find out exactly what they're looking for.

I don't think they care about two months working for Burger King, or something like that.
