lsac and LOR's

Postby tyw5667 » Sun Jan 31, 2010 12:19 pm

Does anyone know how long the lsac keeps your letters of rec for? I transferred to a different undergrad my junior year and I want to go ahead and get a letter of recommendation while the prof's memory of me is still fresh (even though I won't be applying until fall).

They probably just keep them on your account. But check the website to see if they have a definitive answer. How long do you plan on waiting?
Actually, the real issue should be whether the schools you are applying to require LORs to be from a recent timeframe.
