So I recently spoke with the director of my graduate school department, with whom I've begun working closely since I sent my application at the end of October, and he suggested that he write me a letter of recommendation. I think this letter could be quite helpful for Yale as he would offer a fantastic letter that also would stress the content of my research and its relevance to a legal education. Do you think I could still send this letter to yale in a week or so? I imagine I wouldn't hear from them otherwise for a few weeks.
