Applying Late?

Postby pinkhearts » Wed Jan 27, 2010 8:11 pm

There are some T-14s I didn't apply to back in October due to lack of interest. Aside from Yale, is this a pointless exercise?

Depends on your scores.

It's not pointless for schools you have a chance with and would like to attend. It's not as good as applying early, but the cost is fairly low considering the potential benefit. I applied around this time last year (all my applications) because I didn't want to wait another year and I'm happy with the result, which wouldn't have been better had I applied earlier. Though I would have likely gotten more acceptances and bigger scholarship offers at other schools.
