Do you put service-related jobs on your resume, too?

And what is the cut-off? No high school jobs? I had a really great internship type of thing with ExxonMobil my senior year of high school...should I include that? I'm 22, if that makes any difference.

I would suggest leaving out your high school jobs in most cases, unless you had some really significant work experience and can clearly display the knowledge gained from it. The ExxonMobil internship seems like something you should include especially since you are not far removed from high school.
