OK, so this might be a dumb question, but I'm looking at the UConn Supplemental (the Dean's Certification) and it says that they prefer to have it electronically. But, because I am only allowed to fill out the top part, won't that be all that my dean is allowed to fill out if I e-mail him the file? Is it an issue if I just have him mail it?
Haha I know this sounds really dumb, but I don't know how to approach this issue. Thanks!
