3.45 GPA / 164 LSAT

and highly-ranked undergrad university. What are the best schools I have a shot at?

I would say Wash U is possible (someone is going to come after me and say not). For the most part I think your targets are in the upper 20s-lower 30s. It all depends on what market you are aiming to practice in.
