Subject says it all. Is it something I should put in the accomplishments/honors section? For a class in my minor.

I would just put this in activities / experience. Is it an accomplishment? No, not really. The only exception might be is if you are a TA for a prestigious professor and even then an admissions committee is unlikely to even notice.

I'd consider it a job, not an accomplishment.

I'm TA'ing for our most prestigous Professor this semester. I listed it as an academic accomplishment on my resume (its unpaid, so technically not a job.) It's highly competitive, but I doubt it will mean anything to schools other than mine.
