I received a DUI in 2004 and it was entirely expunged. I was only ticketed and not arrested because they pulled me over outside my home. I did defer to judification and it is now expunged. Do I need to list this?

Some of the applications (UT) say you dont have to list expunged or sealed records. Some of them (Baylor) say you do. DO I just follow the rules set by each institution?

What are the chances its going to hurt me if I do list it?

Call each school and ask someone in the admissions department about their rules for disclosure.
