The two cancels were 6-09 and 9-09, and the 165 was 12-09

Depends on the school, but the general rule is yes.

+1 I'd say two cancels warrant an addendum but only if there is an actual reason

I'll say this: Over the last several months, I have read no fewer than 50 proposed LSAT addendums on TLS. I have yet to read a good one. If you are capable of writing an addendum that doesn't sound like a lame exercise in excuse-making, then more power to you.

FWIW, I have two cancels on my record. I applied in late November and I'm already into four schools in the T14. I did not include an addendum with any of my applications. I suggest not submitting an addendum unless you have a truly exceptional reason for your two canceled scores.

i was planning on saying i was very sick during the june and sept tests (which i unfortunately was)...so i canceled because i didnt feel like whatever score i would have gotten would be representative of my abilities.

so do you guys think that being sick would warrant an addendum, or that it's not a good enough of an excuse and i should just leave it out and submit my apps?

WRITE THE ADDENDUM for WHATEVER reason it is. they are NOT being read as an interrogation trying to figure out if you're lying or anything along those lines. they simply want to know WHY!

so write it. period.
