PS swap

I'm an extreme splitter (3.1/179) shooting for t10-14 trying to use my PS to explain the discrepancy, display my strengths and accomplishments, AND explain why I want to go to law school, so as you can imagine it's a bit long and I need advice on honing it down. (Or alternatively splitting it into a DS and PS.) I'm still on a first draft that needs work. If you think you can help let's trade! Thanks!
