It's not bad, but it also seems kind of pointless. French people don't really face systemic oppression in the US, and it sounds like you had a pretty normal high school experience. I wouldn't bother submitting it, but it's your choice.

Other than the parts about being different specifically because you're French, none of this relates to diversity that law schools look for. You didn't have the same political views or same appreciation for sports as other people at your school. That happens to lots of people, especially Americans who move from one part of the country to another or even from a small city to a big city (or vice versa), so it doesn't really give you a unique perspective. It also sounds like you're from an upper-class background based on your schooling, and I'm not sure of your race, so I don't know if you were different from people at the new school for those reasons too. I agree with cavalier that I wouldn't submit this. If you do want to submit a DS, I would rewrite it to remove the parts that aren't really about diversity.
