Oh man... where do I start?

I guess, first, this is too damn long. Cut words ASAP. Second, this straight up sounds like a rant. Why is this important? How does it connect to your desire to go to law school or become an attorney? What does it say about you? Third, you come off the wrong way in the way you address some things. When you talk about being annoyed, it makes it hard to like you. It would be better if you explained how it affected you without mentioning that.

I know you're going crazy over this, but please start over.

This is too long. So, all you need to do right now is try to write a PS that meets the page-limit restrictions for personal statements. I don't think you need to change topics. Focus on what you want the reader to learn about you from the PS and present a concise story that sends that message. Also, for me, your writing is too informal at times. Your PS doesn't have too be stuffy, but you have to remember that it's a writing sample.
