This doesn't strike me as a terribly useful diversity statement. Kids make fun of other kids for their appearance all the time; that doesn't give you a unique perspective that will contribute to a law school.
You're not required to write a diversity statement for a reason: not everyone brings uncommon backgrounds and life stories to law school. There's nothing wrong with just admitting that you're not going to be all that unique compared to other law students.

I agree. It's a cute story, but also seems forced when you label it a diversity statement.

I'm honestly not sure if this is a joke....
Either way, if you really want to write a diversity statement it's probably better found here:
