How should one go about explaining past run-ins with the law to law schools? I have one misdemeanor that was dismissed and a few traffic tickets, and would appreciate some advice on this topic
Thanks in advance!

What is the misdemeanor?
If it's nothing big (like a theft charge or something), you won't run into any issues so long as you disclose it. They will give you an opportunity to disclose it on the application more likely than not.

I wouldn't worry about it then. Just disclose it and you'll be fine

So just simply disclose it in a word document with the date and outcome? Do I not need to include an explanation of what happened and that I've changed now (etc.)...?
