*sigh*
I have a lot of driving history that I need to disclose on my apps and I'm trying to figure out the best format for it- should I list it in date order or do it paragraph form? Due to the fact that I have 6 violations I feel paragraph form would be better but I don't know how to put in paragraph form without omitting any information. Heres what I have so far-

In my decision to study and eventually practice law, there are several events from my past that were mistakes, but served as highly influential learning experiences that helped me grow as a person. I make no excuses for these offenses, and take full responsibility for them.

On October 13th 2007 I was issued a citation in the city of Chesapeake, Virginia for driving on a suspended license, a class 1 misdemeanor. My license was suspended due to an unpaid minor traffic violation. I was found guilty in my absence and charged with a 150.00 fine which I paid on December 4th 2007.

On October 15th, 2007 I was issued a citation in the city of Newport News, Virginia for driving on a suspended license, a class 1 misdemeanor. My license was suspended due to an unpaid minor traffic violation, the same one that caused me to be cited on October 13th 2007. I was found guilty of the lesser infraction of no operator license and charged with a $100.00 fine that I paid on October 31st 2008.

On December 12th 2007 I was cited in the city of Hampton, Virginia for reckless driving, a misdemeanor for going 20 miles over the speed limit. I was found guilty of the lesser infraction of improper driving and charged with a 110.00 fine which I paid on February 26th 2008.

On February 2th 2008 I was arrested in Virginia Beach. Virginia for driving under revocation/suspension a class 1 misdemeanor and eluding police, a class 3 misdemeanor. I was released on bail and later found guilty of both charges. I was charged a 100.00 fine for the eluding police charge and sentenced to 180 days for the driving under revocation/suspension charge, with 170 suspended and 3 years of unsupervised probation, as well as a $250.00 fine. I paid my fines on April 2nd 2008 and served three weekends at Virginia Beach city jail.

On August 27th 2008 I was issued a citation in the city of Hampton, Virginia for driving under revocation/suspension a class 1 misdemeanor. My license was suspended due to my unpaid fine from my driving on suspension charge in October 2007. I was found guilty and charged with a $100.00 fine that I paid on January 8th 2009.

On May 7th 2009 I was issued a citation in the city of Yorktown, Virginia for reckless driving, speeding at 46 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone, a class 1 misdemeanor. I was found guilty of the charged and fined $125.00 which I paid on March 1st, 2010.

Too many info? Not enough? Nay and all help would be appreciated since I have to get these apps in this weekend

The key to an addendum is to finish by demonstrating that the problem won't happen again. I'm not really sure how you can pull that one off, but you should try.

Thanks papercut. I should have included that I have no conclusion and it essentially states that I just didnt include it in what I posted on here.

Conclusion: My experiences have taught me the importance of obeying the law and paying debts in a timely matter. Since my last citation in May of 2009 I have not be charged with any driving violations and hope that the mistakes of my past do not impact my future.

I am embarrassed to admit that I was found guilty of driving on a suspended license four times and reckless driving for speeding twice. I hope you can focus on the fact that all these violations occurred during a one year period from 2007-2008 with the exception of one violation for reckless driving due to speed in May of 2009. Since that time, I have outgrown my speed problems and take my social responsibility seriously. It won't happen again. The detailed list of offenses follows.
