In the first sentence I would use your friends name instead of just saying "my friends house".
Also, it sounds like you already have a pretty solid career. Adcomms are going to asking why you would want to give that up to come study law for 3 years. What I got from your personal statement was basically that it's the next puzzle for you to solve. Sure you've had some experience dealing with the legal end of things at work, and it sounds like you liked it. But that doesn't sound like enough to convince someone to give up a perfectly good career and put themselves in a massive amount of debt.
