Top Law Schools

The University of Minnesota has a space for you to write the main reasons for applying there, but it's only 250 characters. I was thinking of attaching a Why X essay in addition to that. Good or bad idea??

Just as a straight addendum? Or is there an essay option like that?

I thought it was 250 words but it's 250 characters. I wrote 250 words mistakenly and now I'm struggling to condense that to a few sentences.
